ISRA International Journal of Islamic Finance (Arabic ) is a fully peer reviewed refereed journal which publishes quality and in-depth articles in the areas of Islamic economics, Islamic banking and finance, Islamic capital markets, Islamic social finance, takāful (Islamic insurance) and Islamic financial law.

The journal was launched by the International Shari’ah Research Academy for Islamic Finance (ISRA) in 2010, with its inaugural issue being published in December 2010. As from 2022, IJIF (Arabic) is published by International Shari’ah Research Academy for Islamic Finance (ISRA) Research Management Centre (ISRA RMC), an imprint of the INCEIF University

IJIF (Arabic) has a track record of timely publication and quality content. Articles are published online gradually and compiled in an issue two times a year in June and December (biannually).

It is the aspiration of the editorial committee that IJIF (Arabic) achieves the highest rank in quality and substance. It is thus our aim that the journal publishes original research findings that contributes to the body of knowledge in the area of Islamic finance. This includes regular papers, review papers, technical notes, and conference papers (Proceedings). By ensuring high standards in articles published in Islamic finance we ensure that further innovation and research is carried out and promoted in the Islamic finance industry and academia.
