The Journal requires the following with regard to manuscripts submission:

  • Manuscripts submitted to the Journal should be the original work of the authors.

  • Manuscripts should not have been previously published in their current form or substantially similar form.

  • Manuscripts should not have been submitted elsewhere and should not be under consideration by any other publication.

  • Multiple submissions of the same manuscripts should not be made to the Journal.

Declaration by Authors

Accordingly, the Journal requires authors to:

  • Confirm the originality of their work upon submission of their articles.

  • Declare at the time of submission of their articles if a substantial part of the work has been previously published, for example in conference proceedings, on online institutional repositories, on specific websites, or any other forms of publication.

  • Declare if any copyrighted materials are used in their research and that they have obtained written permission for their use.

  • Declare any conflict of interest at the time of article submission.

IJIF reserves the right to check all manuscripts submitted to the Journal through the Advanced Plagiarism Detection Software (Turnitin).

IJIF reserves the right to remove any published article from its online archives post publication if the Editorial Committee, in its reasonable opinion, determines that such published content could be construed as libelous, unlawful or infringes copyright or violates any other IPR or privacy right of a person or entity.

IJIF requires authors to submit written permission for the use of copyrighted materials in their research. However, IJIF or its Publisher does not bear any responsibility for verifying copyright permissions provided by author(s). In the case of any breach of copyright laws, it will result in the published article being removed from the Journal’s archives as well as reporting of the copyright infringement to relevant authorities at the authors’ institutions.

Articles received from an author determined to have at any time submitted plagiarized material will not be considered for future publication in the Journal.
