This Journal charges a publication fee of USD200 (or RM800 for Malaysian authors) for the publication of each article. The one-time publication fee is charged after the manuscript has been revised following reviewers’ comments and accepted for publication by the editor. Only articles which have been accepted for publication will be asked for payment. Payment of the publication fee does not in any way influence editorial decisions in accepting articles for publication in the Journal. 

The fee represents one of the Journal’s revenue sources to partly cover publication costs, including administration, website maintenance, anti-plagiarism subscription service, COPE membership subscription, indexing, DOI, and design and typesetting. Additional costs incurred are met by the Publisher of the Journal.

Payment must be made before the article is published online.
